About us
Situated in South Africa’s picturesque Garden Route, Eight Bells Mountain Inn nestles in the Ruiterbos Valley Region at the foot of the Robinson Pass on the R328 between Mossel Bay (35kms away) and Oudtshoorn / Route 62 (50kms away).
Innkeepers Peter and Jean Brown acquired Eight Bells 33 years ago and together with members of their family and staff, have created a charming Inn renowned for its recreational facilities and friendly hospitality amidst magnificent mountain scenery.
Eight Bells is proud to be featured in the benchmarking Portfolio Collection for the 20th consecutive year running.
The Inn’s proximity to the green coastal scenery of the Garden Route and the timeless Little Karoo and Route 62 allows for easy exploration of the natural wonders, scenic mountain passes and diverse attractions which the two regions have to offer.
