The Villa

This Tuscan styled Cape Town Villa / Guesthouse, nestling on the slopes of Signal Hill offers every convenience and comfort to the discerning traveller. A mere 2 minute stroll to the bistros and boutiques of Sea Point, 5 minutes to Clifton, The Waterfront and City Centre with Sea Point's beaches and Lido only one block away.

Tours can be arranged or included in your package. Whilst there is a tennis court next door, Sea Point boasts most other sports Clubs, Golf, Squash, Bowls etc. or for the more adventurous, Mountaineering, Sailing, Scuba Diving even Bungee Jumping are only some of the available options and can be included when booking or arranged on arrival.

Accommodation comprises single, double, family rooms and suites and self catering apartments all decorated with Tuscan flair and with private bath and shower facilities. Telephone, Television and M-Net are installed in each suite; one suite even has a Jacuzzi.
