Welcome to the Villa Rosa, superior guest house accommodation in Sea Point, Cape Town, South Africa, a beautiful Victorian mansion at the foot of Lion's Head, which has been owned by the same family for 15 years and has a reputation for good friendly service and very special breakfasts. This charming continental-style pension is very conveniently situated in Cape Town's cosmopolitan upper Sea Point, close to shops, restaurants, synagogues, swimming pools, gym, promenade, The V & A Waterfront and lots more!

All our guest rooms are en-suite, and have their own telephones, TV's, mini-safes, ceiling fans, heaters, and feature damask linen. We have safe off-street parking, family accommodation and a self-catering flatlet.

Our breakfasts are renowned, and consist of freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, cereals including our own homemade muesli, milk/yoghurt, homemade wholewheat seedloaf, toast, ciabbata rolls, croissants, eggs to order, deli cold cuts, cheeses, tomatoes, french jams and preserves, honey, a selection of teas and excellent coffee.

All rooms are individually decorated, with damask linen and interesting art. Our staff are very friendly and the ambience, relaxed and informal but professional. Nothing is too much trouble! We are situated in cosmopolitan Sea Point, which is convenient, pretty well wind-free and enjoys great weather.

Rates

Our rates range from

R240 to R300 per person sharing during the 'secret season' (Winter months - May to August) and R300 - R375 per person sharing during the Summer months - September to April.
Single rates on request.
These rates all include a delicious breakfast.
