| The hotel occupies carefully restored buildings dating back to 1771. Each of the rooms and suites are unique, feature high beamed ceilings and burnished wooden floors, and are individually decorated to showcase the original workmanship and architecture. Each room is luxurious and features individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, international power points, safe and mini-bar. A major attraction is the choice of 6 well renowned independent restaurants on your doorstep. Some of the restaurants are located around the lively 18th century courtyard, which features al fresco dining and the oldest living grapevine in South Africa. Heritage Square also houses a virtual museum of one of the oldest operational blacksmiths in South Africa, a resident masseuse, a hairdresser and various craft shops.

Prices listed here are per room per night and include VAT. Breakfast (R70 pp) and tourism levy is excluded. 3rd person sharing is free, irrespective of age.
Check out time is 11:00am. Check in time is 2:00pm. We will wherever possible allow guests to check in early or depart late at no extra charge. Cancellations should be made 2 days prior to arrival. If not, the hotel reserves the right to charge a credit card, where given as a guarantee. Where deposits are taken, the deposit is 100% non refundable if cancellation is made only 14 days prior to arrival.
Luxury rooms are about 25% larger than the standard rooms.
