CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
 

• To confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit payment of the total reservation and settlement of balance upon departure.

• Rooms will be held until 18h00 on day of arrival and released automatically unless late arrival is stipulated.

• Check-in time is 14h00 and latest check-out time is 11h00.

• A cancellation fee of 75% will be charged on individual accommodation bookings if the cancellation is made within 24 hours.

• A cancellation fee of 100% will be charged if cancelled on day of arrival.

• A minimum cancellation fee of 75% will be charged for departures earlier than the originally confirmed departure date.

PAYMENT DETAILS
