Stillness Manor & Spa is a luxury 14 all suite Boutique Manor and Spa on the slopes of the Steenberg Mountain in Tokai, Cape Town. Recently completely refurbished, this historic Cape Dutch manor house overlooks the scenic Constantia Valley with its vineyards and forests stretching all the way to False Bay. Stillness is an ideal location from which to explore the Cape Peninsula and the Winelands region.

Guests are accommodated either in the main Manor House which includes 6 spacious suites and an elegant presidential suite or in one of several cottages tucked away in the Manor's lush garden. Superb service, comfort and calm are our defining characteristics.

The Spa is fully renovated and provides a full range of treatments and therapies.

Accommodation
The hotel suites are furnished in rich fabrics and muted colours providing a fresh contrast with the opulent and vibrant greenery seen through every window.

Each suite is spacious and fully air conditioned and has its own alarm, radio, compact disc player, mini bar and tea / coffee making facilities. Relax after a long excursion in our cigar lounge while sampling our local brandies or a selection of the best French cognacs.

Stillness Manor Spa is based in the Tokai area of Cape Town. Jointly operated with Ginkgo Spas, it is set in the midst of beautiful and lush surroundings. Nestled in the shadow of the Steenberg Mountains, the Manor exudes a tone of quiet strength and pristine purity which is the essence of the Stillness Spa. Our well-equipped facilities are tailored to be as efficient and comfortable as possible and thus create a setting that is conducive to your wellbeing. Our philosophy is based on moderation, correct intake of nourishment, sensible exercise, abundant relaxation and spiritual sustenance. To achieve this rare state of being, each of our facilities is imbued with its own unique character.

The experience that Stillness Spa offers is focused on personalised treatment regimes. Therapies are carefully chosen to satisfy each individual's needs. Due to our meticulous methods we are able to create an environment that entirely eradicates any residual stress or urban discomfort. Our services include touch therapy, spa body treatments and skin care treatments. Kinesiology, Pilates, Yoga, Aquarobics and gentle cardiovascular exercise in our state-of-the-art gymnasium are offered as well. Set away 50 meters from the main Manor on the edge of the lush gardens, delegates will experience total peace and tranquillity while conferencing.

The Conference Facility can seat up to 40 delegates and is fully equipped and air conditioned.
