Wellington Restaurant, a small cosy restaurant set inside a working brandy
distillery and wine cellar, is the ideal setting for a business lunch or a
relaxing evening out.
With the
spectacular views of the Auberge in the background, the terrace is ideal to
host your functions or to sit back and enjoy some of the local wines and
wind down in summer. In winter, the two fireplaces with roaring wood fires
will keep you warm whilst the local grappa or wine will keep the frostbite
away.
Nicky Hobson, the owner and chef, and her team will surely surprise you with
the country cuisine they serve, ranging from salads, vegetarian dishes, fish
and her specialty, a signature trio of Africa (featuring exotic venison like
warthog, kudu, hartebees, eland etc.)
