Nearly five years ago now, Mossel Bay's layout was redesigned and renamed the "Mossel Bay Country Estate & Nature Reserve". Famed for having a view of the sea from every tee, a round of golf will surely not only be pleasurable, but will leave lasting memories.

The links - like course, with its large undulating greens, can be a challenge in windy conditions.  Just half - an - hour's drive from George, a round of golf at Mossel Bay would be an ideal way to start or end a golfing trip along the coastal areas of the Garden Route.

Signature hole: 3rd par 4

At almost 400 meters, stroke 2, only the long hitters can reach in two, especially into the wind. The tee is high above the fairway, running downhill to the green (with rough and well - placed bunkers on either side), all against the backdrop of the deep blue of the Indian Ocean.

We have a well-stocked Pro Shop catering for all the golfing needs of members and visitors alike.  Our PGA registered Club Professional, Bertu Nel can be contacted at the club or direct for golf lessons, advice about equipment or the re-gripping of your clubs.

We also have golf clubs, pull-carts and golf carts for rental.

Restaurant

The Fairways Restaurant is the favourite meeting place for golfers and friends before, during and after their round of golf.

Overlooking the 18th green with the deep blue sea as background, you can enjoy an a'la-carte meal, light snack or a refreshment.
