You’ll know you are at The Image Institute not by sight, but by smell. As you climb up the stairs at 3 Cardiff Castle the refreshing burst of lemon in our signature oil reassures you that relaxation is just around the corner.

On entering the Reception area you notice the brightly-lit displays, the dark Babinga countertops and the soft pillows in the waiting area. As you are led into the rest of the spa, it is as if you are entering another world – soft overhead lighting and candles create ambience and a feeling of comfort before you have even started your treatment.

The cloakrooms also boast the dark Babinga countertops topped with round porcelain basins, with locker facilities and robes. There is a separate “wet room” fitted with a Vichy shower where you can indulge in a full body exfoliation, ridding you of winter-dry skin, or be enveloped in an aromatherapy gel-based wrap designed and blended specifically to suit your needs.

The ever-popular Dr Kern Tan Can creates a fast and effective solution to a year-round bronzed body. Another unique feature is our double room where couples or friends can enjoy their treatments together.

Open Hours
Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm and Sunday from 9am to 5pm. We are open on most Public Holidays, except Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Yes! Either choose a treatment or a value. The gift voucher is presented in a lovely package with dried fruit and petals, a present in itself.

Loyalty Programme
Your client card also doubles as your loyalty card. Once you have reached a certain number of treatments, your loyalty will be rewarded with a free treatment.
