The Sanctuary Spa at The
Twelve Apostles Hotel
The Sanctuary Spa has beckoned
from a grotto in the slopes of Twelve Apostles Mountain, with the natural
rhythms of the Atlantic Ocean only a few meters away. A mere 10 min drive
from Cape Town city, our spa offers you an idyllic retreat, with
state-of-the-art equipment and treatments ranging from Hydrotherapy to
alternative healing. The spa has been awarded Best spa in Southern Africa by
Leading Hotels of the World in 2005.
We believe that the energies of nature, combined with quality products and
individualised treatments, provide the optimal route to healing and
well-being. To embrace this holistic philosophy in every way, the
eastern-spirited interior utilised the elements of rock, glass, steel and
water and blends effortlessly with the unique Moya product range, which
employs the benefits of essential oils and plant extracts from the Cape's
indigenous fynbos.
To capture the essence of the spa, 2 beautiful secluded outdoor gazebos
allow you to experience treatments naturally enhanced by the fresh sea air
and aroma of the surrounding fynbos.
Time loses meaning in our dry treatment rooms, in the candle-lit cave with
its plunge pools and in the brine floatation which revitalises the entire
being whilst a visit to Cape Town's only Rasul Chamber invigorates mind,
body and soul.
