Destination Cape Town endeavours to provide a superior website design and creation service to all of its clients. This letter outlines the terms and conditions under which Destination Cape Town provides this service.

We undertake to create and publish your website based on your representation that you have the right to publish and display the content.

You agree to allow Destination Cape Town to create your website page in accordance with Destination Cape Town's site design, format, theme, layout, colours and content.

You agree to provide Destination Cape Town with material that is final and finished - before creation commences. Final material includes your company name, text, rates, contact details, up to three photographs, one logo and any 'award' or 'members of' images. Any change requests received after creation has commenced will incur additional fees.

All information provided must accurately portray the nature of your company's facilities and services. Note that we will not list companies in areas where they are not located and we will not list companies under categories that are not relevant to the service provided.

Destination Cape Town reserves the right to refuse any advertiser application or annual subscription renewal without explanation.

Under no circumstances will you be allowed to replicate any original Material created by Destination Cape Town for use in other online or offline publications. Such Material includes logos, the site layout/design and all code.

You agree to indemnify Destination Cape Town against any expense, liability, claim or loss that results from any claims arising out of online publication and display of your website.

Once submitted, your Advertiser application is valid for a period of thirty (30) days.

In order to ensure that your website is published promptly, all material must be received at least ten (10) working days prior to target publication review date.

Should you decide to cancel/postpone the publication of your Advertiser website, written notification is required and all work and expenses incurred to the date of cancellation will be invoiced.

After site publication, review and approval, a COD invoice will be issued. The invoice must be paid within 7 days to avoid deletion of your website.

Rates/Price updates are done free of charge. ALL OTHER changes and/or maintenance will be charged at R140.00 per hour, or part thereof, and payment must be settled immediately.

Destination Cape Town reserves the right to refuse any changes if these would conflict with Destination Cape Town's site design, format, theme, layout, colours or content.

Please send us cancellation and/or modification notices in writing. In the case of cancellations, 30 days' notice is required and no refund is payable.

Destination Cape Town will not be liable for delays in publishing, delivery, non-delivery, or other errors as a result of events beyond our control including Acts-of-God, actions by any government entity, fire, flood, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes, labour or material shortage, transportation interruption, Internet or communications failure.

Destination Cape Town cannot assure that emails generated from this website are free of errors, virus attachments, interception or interference.

Any service(s) provided herein is provided on an "as-is" basis and Destination Cape Town makes no express or implied warranties or representations of whatsoever nature with respect to any such service.

Destination Cape Town reserves the right to refuse to publish or display any images or text without explaination.

Destination Cape Town will not display or publish any images or text that Destination Cape Town considers of a lewd, inappropriate, obscene or offensive nature.

We do business with our clients under these Terms and Conditions. We are not bound by conditions printed or appearing on instructions by advertisers which conflict with these Terms and Conditions without our express written consent.
