Built in 1902, Lady Victoria Guest House is set against the lower slopes of Table Mountain in the cosmopolitan suburb of Upper Gardens. Within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants on Kloof and Long Street and the city centre. It is only a 10-minute drive to the world famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay and the V&A Waterfront. Nature trails to Table Mountain or Lion's Head are at your doorstep.

Enjoy warm hospitality and, after a day of sightseeing, return to the tranquil sound of the fountain, have a refreshing swim in the pool or sundowners on the veranda. Deckchairs invite you to spend a lazy day sunbathing in the garden. On winter evenings, relax in the warmth around the fireplace in our tastefully decorated lounge.

This room has twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. It is situated in our little garden.

Lady Caroline Room
This room has twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. It is situated in our little garden.

Cherub Room
This room has a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower. It is situated in the main Victorian house.

Sunflower Room
This room has a queen-size bed (extra length) and a bathroom with a shower. It is situated in the main Victorian house. The room has its own private little patio.

Africa Room
This room has a double bed and a bathroom with a bath and attached shower. It is situated in the main Victorian house.

Victoria Room
This room has a four poster king-size bed (extra length) and a spacious bathroom with a Victorian bath and a separate shower. It is situated in the main Victorian house. This room is also used as our Honeymoon Suite.

Enjoy a hearty breakfast in our dining room, and weather permitting, outside on our beautiful veranda.

Location

Lady Victoria Guest House is situated in the cosmopolitan Upper Gardens area on the slopes of Table Mountain. Five minutes drive from the city centre, the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront and world famous beaches. It is also only 45 minutes drive from the Cape wine route and an hour from Cape Point (Cape of Good Hope) Nature Reserve. Lady Victoria is situated on the bus route and within safe walking distance to some of the city's top restaurants.

We assist with arrangements for sightseeing tours and car hire.
